Common questions

To reset your password, you will need to have your Logon ID with you.

From the Log On page, click “Forgot security code (password)?” on the right side of the screen. Then confirm your logon ID (username). A temporary code will be sent to the email or phone link to your account.

Note: Check your spam/junk folder if you don’t see it in your inbox

To enroll in Online Banking, you will need your member number and the last four digits of your social security number or the business tax ID.

  1. Once logged in, select the Deposit tab from the bottom menu (check icon)
  2. Select Deposit a check.
    1. Select an account: Choose an account to deposit into (checking, savings, etc.)
    2. Check Amount: Enter the check amount

  3. Select Take photos and take photos of the front and back of the check
  4. Confirm deposit amount and select Make Deposit

A green banner will appear when the deposit is successfully submitted. Deposits submitted by 3pm will be available the following day.

Exceptions: Money Orders (Walmart, tbd)
