Amit K. Sharma graduated cum laude in 2002 with a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Maryland after just two years of enrollment in Government Politics and Psychology. Mr. Sharma was awarded his Juris Doctorate from the George Washington University Law School in 2005. While at George Washington University, Mr. Sharma completed a judicial internship for the Honorable John Ramsey Johnson in the Superior Court for the District of Columbia while attending law school. Mr. Sharma also completed a judicial internship for the Honorable Alexander Williams, Jr., in the United States District Court for the District of Maryland. Mr. Sharma served as a member of the George Washington University Law School’s Public Justice Advocacy clinic. Mr. Sharma is admitted to practice before the Maryland Bar, the Bar of the District of Columbia, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, and the District of Columbia Circuit Court and is a practicing litigator. Mr. Sharma also serves on the Peer Review Committee for the Attorney Grievance Commission of Maryland.   Mr. Sharma is a licensed real estate broker in the State of Maryland and serves as a member of the Montgomery County Board of Appeals.
